Both TripAdvisor and its vacation rentals marketplace, FlipKey, recently gave a shout out to Lake Havasu City for its affordability. Their recent lists of value vacations includes a description about Lake Havasu City that’s so complimentary we might need to offer them a job writing brochures for us.
It reads in part, “Lake Havasu City was made for families in search of fun in the sun. With warm temperatures that linger well into the fall, vacationers can indulge in a variety of water sports on the lake or hit the hiking trails that cut through the nearby desert”
Wait, it gets better. TripAdvisor adds, “Choose from a variety of affordable rentals in Lake Havasu City, and see for yourself why travelers describe it as “a great family getaway” and the perfect place for a “hassle-free vacation.”
You guys are hired!
Lake Havasu City is in good company on this list of affordable family vacations; we are right there along with Branson, Gulf Shores, Orlando, and Santa Fe.
Another TripAdvisor list of 12 idyllic family vacation spots praises Lake Havasu City, placing us in great company with some of the best lakeside rentals in America.
TripAdvisor says of the city, “Located on the border between Arizona and California, Lake Havasu City is hands-down one of the best boating lakes in the country, with epic waterskiing and wakeboarding to boot. When you’re not catching rays on the water, you might be off-roading or fishing; largemouth bass and channel catfish are plentiful here. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, you might feel guilty about ducking inside, but the shopping is almost as spectacular as the sightseeing.”
