As for temperatures, summertime highs can exceed 105 degrees Fahrenheit and with 300 days of sunshine a year, make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen. In winter, lows dip into the mid-40s and highs are usually pleasant, reaching into the mid-60s to low-70s.
While you're here in the desert, it's a good idea to drink a lot of water to keep your fluids up and to keep cool throughout the day. Thanks to the desert climate, nasty insects aren't a problem in Lake Havasu City. Very few bugs and plenty of sunny fun on Arizona beaches.
