Local Happenings Submission Criteria

Local Happenings features small-scale events that occur on a regular basis for longer than three months. The small-scale events must have an appeal to tourists to qualify for the Local Happenings listing.

The local happening must be an ongoing event (weekly or monthly) with a consistent longevity of to 12 months.
The local happening must be open to the public.
The local happening must have at least one contact for more information: phone number, e-mail, website or social media page.
Local happenings cannot be political or religious in nature.
Examples of local happenings that do not meet our criteria are:

Regular meetings that require membership to attend
Live music
A series of classes or seminars

Go Lake Havasu reserves the right to determine if an event meets the criteria for a Local Happenings listing.
