Island Trail

Overview

The Island Trail is a paved asphalt loop around the interior of the Island. It offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and a good exercise track for walkers, joggers and cyclists.

The trail was constructed in the early 1980s by Lake Havasu City because it offered one of the only flat places in town for sustained aerobic exercise.

Directions to Trailhead

The trailhead can be reached in two minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Drive over the London Bridge on to the Island. Park off-road in the parking area along McCulloch Blvd N just before reaching Beachcomber Blvd.
